Capacity: Limited to 30 people per night to ensure an intimate experience.

Atmosphere: You will be hosted in the "Party Room," a dedicated private dining space with your own servers and a dedicated bartender.

Classic Caesar Salad.

Main Course

No pre-order required—you'll choose from these Parlay favorites on the night of the event:

LEMON-ROSEMARY CHICKEN oven roasted half chicken with a lemon & rosemary beurre blanc. Served with creamy mashed & seasonal vegetables

RIBEYE STEAK: 16 oz hand cut topped with house made chimichurri. Served with creamy mashed & seasonal vegetables

FRESH SALMON:  6 oz of seared fresh-caught Atlantic salmon on a savory poblano crema. Served with rice pilaf & seasonal vegetables

Dessert

A dedicated Dessert Bar will be available to end the night on a sweet note.

Cash Bar: A private bartender will be available for all cocktail and beverage orders.

Cost is $65 per person

❓ What do hosts provide?
The main course, 1–2 sides, and a non-alcoholic beverage. Alcoholic beverages are optional.
❓ What do guests bring?
Guests will be assigned one of the following: appetizer, soup/salad, or dessert, and are expected to bring an alcoholic beverage if desired.
❓ How many people will I host?
Most hosts welcome 6–8 people total (including themselves). If you can host more, let us know on your registration form.
❓ Can I choose who comes to my home?
To keep things fun and social, guest assignments are random—it’s all about meeting new people!
❓ Can I host more than one dinner?
Absolutely! We welcome multiple hosts for multiple events.
❓ Can I decorate my home to match the theme?
Yes! Feel free to get creative, though it’s completely optional.
❓ I love to entertain but I’m not a gourmet cook—can I still host?
Yes! If you're cooking with love, being welcoming, and having fun, your guests will too.
❓ I have dietary restrictions—can I still attend?
Absolutely. Just let your host know ahead of time. Or consider hosting to have more control over the menu.
❓ What happens after I sign up?
Hosts will receive an email 10 days before the dinner with guest names and email addresses.
We ask hosts to reach out directly to guests with their home address, food assignments, and any other helpful info.
