With over 20 years of culinary expertise, the founders teamed up with passionate restaurateurs to craft a dining experience that embodies the heart of those gatherings.  Origen Steakhouse invites food lovers to savor high-quality meats, vibrant traditions, and the joy of sharing incredible meals.

First Course

Origen Salad: watermelon, arugula, almond goat cheese, truffle vinaigrette, walnut, spinach, and fig balsamic.

Entrée choices (Choose one)

Barbacoa Regia: 12 hour low cooked beef with broccolini

Ribeye steak: 8oz. steak with grilled onions and jalapeno, mashed potatoes

Salmon: Sauteed with seasonal vegetables, parsley compound butter
