Your evening begins at 5:00 PM with a French 76 welcome cocktail as you arrive and settle into the festivities.
Enjoy our special photo experience throughout the evening! From your arrival to the evening’s festivities, there will be plenty of opportunities to capture the fun, celebrate with friends, and create wonderful memories. Come dressed to celebrate and ready to strike a pose!
Music by Chuck E. Baby and the Allstars will set the mood with French-inspired tunes during dinner, followed by your favorite songs to keep the dance floor moving throughout the evening.

Group Seating Reservations
You may reserve a full table for 8 guests or half a table for 4 guests under one person’s name. To arrange your group seating, please email Lesley Troy at lesley@kstroy.com with the names of all guests in your group and the name of one primary contact for any questions or changes.
We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s requests. We kindly ask that you refrain from special requests such as table locations, adjoining tables, or multiple tables next to one another. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Silent Auction and Fundraiser
Our evening will also include a special fundraiser benefiting Father McGivney Food Bank, helping support local families in need.
Beginning December 1, registered guests will receive additional information about our exciting Silent Auction, featuring a variety of generously donated baskets valued from $100 to $500. You’ll have the opportunity to preview the baskets and begin bidding before the Gala.
If you would like to make an additional donation to support this important cause, you may also do so during registration. Every contribution makes a difference, and we thank you for helping us give back to our community this holiday season.
