Get ready to toss some bags, sip something refreshing, and fire up your creativity!
Chef Brian will be grilling up his signature hamburgers and hotdogs, complete with potato salad and all the classic fixings…
All except the Relish.
That’s where YOU, our Members, come in.
We invite you to create a fun, fabulous, flavorful relish to top the perfect burger or dog. Sweet, spicy, smoky, tangy, savory, or completely unexpected — if it belongs on a hamburger or hotdog, it’s fair game!
Chef Brian will serve as our official judge and crown the Relish Champion, who will receive a $25 Encanterra Gift Card.

$20 — Includes your choice of one hamburger or one hotdog, plus sides
OR
$25 — Enjoy one of each, plus sides
Dessert is on us - cookies and brownies to finish the afternoon.
🍹Featured Cocktails
The bar will be shaking up special-event cocktails for purchase, starring
the Cornhole Cooler and the Berry Bag Toss, along with a full cash bar.

Enjoy live music throughout the event provided by Encanterra’ s very own Tangelo Brothers, setting the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of fun.
