Get ready to preserve the flavors of the season in an educational canning and preserving demonstration.

This Beginner Canning Class is one of Brandi’s (Radish Mama’s) most popular workshops!

And she is going to share it with the Encanterra Culinary Club on May 5th and is limited to 50 members!

Come ready to learn the art of preserving fruits and veggies 

with Brandi Hansen (@radishmama)!


Brandi is a long-time homesteader with a wealth of knowledge about canning and preserving produce. She will walk you through all the steps to successfully can a variety of different produce provided locally, so you can repeat the process for your very own garden veggies! It will be a fun and educational experience where you will pick up valuable skills that will last a lifetime!

Brandi will demonstrate how to make an Heirloom Tomato Salsa that you can take home with you for your Cinco de Mayo Celebration.


She will also make an Arizona fresh produce inspired barbeque sauce you can make for summer entertaining.

Cost is $25.00 per person.
